SHIPPING POLICY

Happy Goods distributes their goods to nearly every region in India. Placed orders will be mailed out in 24 to 48 hours. Every day, we ship. 

shipment Fees: A flat shipment fee will be computed at the point of sale (without including value reductions due to coupon or other offer usage, COD fees, shipping fees, taxes, or other costs) for every location, with an extra fee that may apply in some cases.

The related shipping costs are not refundable in the event that the goods is returned or the order is canceled.

Happy Goods reserves the right to change the shipping costs at any time and without notice. Both the product page and the checkout process would show the additional fees.

Happy Goods occasionally releases a variety of offers in an effort to please customers. For a restricted period of time, a number of offers that allow free shipping of goods could be made available, provided that the offer's terms and conditions are met.
 
If you return the product or cancel your order, these relevant convenience fees are not refundable.

Happy Goods retains the right, at any time and without prior notice, to change the reasoning behind the convenience charge policy for orders.

Estimated Delivery Time: Within 5 to 7 business days after shipment for all locations served by reliable couriers (business days do not include Sundays and other holidays). But, large volumes or products weighing more than two kilograms can take a few extra days to arrive. The products will be transported by Indian Postal Service to other locations, and delivery times may vary from one to two weeks.

The delivery date that appears in the order confirmation email and on the Product Details, Cart, Checkout, and Order Confirmation pages are only estimates. After the order is dispatched, it can alter. The 'Order Details' area under 'My Account' will display an Estimated Delivery Date following order shipment, allowing you to monitor the progress of your order's shipment.

Happy Goods makes every effort to provide its customers with a delightful experience by delivering the products by the Estimated Delivery Date stated above. Nevertheless, occasionally there may be unanticipated delays in the delivery of your order due to unforeseen and uncontrollable logistics challenges for which Happy Goods is not liable. Happy Goods would ask its users to cooperate in these situations. Additionally, Happy Goods retains the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel your order if the shipment is physically untraceable or takes longer than expected to arrive, in which case it will reimburse the money paid for the cancelled product (s).


Address Change: If your order is in the Confirmed or Pending phase and none of the item(s) you purchased have shipped, you are only able to modify the delivery address. However, the request to amend the delivery address may not be approved if there are any differences between the charges and/or taxes (if any) applicable for the delivery address used when placing the order and the updated address.

International Locations: We do not yet deliver to addresses outside of India.

Package Tracking: We will contact your registered email address with the tracking number and name of the courier firm for your shipment. Please check your spam folder if, within 24 hours of placing an order, you do not receive an email from us. Please wait until your delivery has been scanned by the courier service as tracking might not show up online for up to a further 24 hours in some circumstances.

Non-availability on Delivery: The package will be returned to our warehouse after three attempts at delivery by our delivery partners. In order to expedite delivery, kindly provide your mobile number in the delivery address.
